This paper seeks to explore and evaluate how time as a contextual perspective may contribute to
a greater understanding of how, when and why entrepreneurial teams are connected to the
entrepreneurial process and venture performance. A specific focus will be on how different kind
of institutional transformations (both informal and formal) affects the entrepreneurial team and
performance. This is done by making thoroughly evaluation and also reinterpretation of four
earlier studies of entrepreneurial teams, with different methodologies, that explicitly have
included time as a contextual perspective. In that sense this paper also has a methodological aim
of evaluating of exploring different methods to capture time as a context. |
