dc.description.abstract |
The purpose of this study was to establish inclusion rate of university graduates in the economic
development activities immediately after graduation in Tanzania. It focused on individual
creativity initiative as a result of academic achievements. The study was anchored on the Vroom's
expectancy theory. Descriptive research design was used to obtain a cross-sectional data from
individuals and focus groups who were among the graduates from Universities in Moshi,
Tanzania using snowball sampling design. |
